Open Class Exhibitor
Whether you’re a master baker, a gifted photographer, a backyard gardener, or a crafty creator, the Open Class competition is your chance to shine! Open Class is open to community members of all ages and skill levels, offering a fun and friendly way to showcase your talents and take home a ribbon. From prized produce and quilt masterpieces to delicious canned goods and hand-crafted art, every entry adds to the vibrant spirit of our fair. Check out the fair book for entry categories, guidelines, and deadlines—we can't wait to see what you bring to the fairgrounds this year!

Quilt Auction
Each year in open class, you can enter the Quilt Stitches quilt block project. You will need to pick up your quick block packet from Ann at Quilt Stitches in Beatrice. Make your quilt block and turn it in for judging in open class at the Gage County Fair. All of the quilt blocks will then be quilted by Ann into a beautiful quilt that is auctioned off at next years Premium Livestock Auction.
All of the proceeds go toward the Gage County Ag Society Scholarships.
